DESENSITIZATION PROTOCOL
- Gently shakethegraybottleof solvent.
- ReconstitutetheSINGLE-DOSEvialof lyophilizedproduct with 0.7 mL of solvent
- Gently shakethe reconstituted vialfor2–3 minutes tohomogenize the suspension.
- Wait 5 minutes before administering the dose.
NOTE:Each single-dosevialof lyophilized product must bereconstitutedon the day of administration. Only one single-dose vial of lyophilized product should be used per day of administration.
